Only count the happy hours… 🌺🍹
One hour of paddle boarding followed by a bunch of blueberries and chips with hummus, I’m so happy to be taking advantage of my mornings again, host parents get up super late so I’m always alone until about 11 or so.
It’s been awesome to be able to do so many things around here: running for my legs (hills), kayaking for my arms/core, paddle boarding as a full body workout, although it’s tougher on the upper body, balancing on the board makes the back of the legs work. running around all day chasing host kid and taking him fishing, walking, playing with balls, It’s just awesome! And host parents eat super healthy stuff so there’s always healthy food laying around, I am struggling with water because they did a treatment in the well and we have to drink bottled water, so it is kind of annoying.
This monday starts the 21 day challenge! My personal goal is: NO canned drinks, I had a last root beer last night; at least 4 days of physical activity every week, meaning running, paddle boarding, kayaking, riding the bike, 4 times a week; and yoga every night before bed.
Boy had his final exams yesterday and today, we texted on thursday night and then he stopped answering because he fell asleep, I decided not to text him yesterday and we ended up not talking at all, I won’t text him today either, feels like i’ve been bending over backwards trying to talk to him, if he wants to he can text me once. The other guy I’ve been talking to from Tinder asked me out yesterday, so annoying not to have my license yet!! The school is supposed to move my class this week so hopefully I’ll get the class sooner, because waiting a month is just bull. I can’t do anything without it, no bank, no school, no going out, so annoying!!!!!!
